Creating and Scheduling Push Campaigns

Creating and Scheduling Push Campaigns

Campaigns allow you to broadcast rich push notifications to your active subscriber base.

✍️ Composing a Campaign

Go to the Campaigns tab and click Create Campaign:

  1. Title: Keep it punchy (e.g., "Flash Sale: 50% Off! ⚡"). Limit to 50 characters to avoid browser truncation.
  2. Message Body: Provide clear value (e.g., "Get half price on all items today only. Use code FLASH50 at checkout.").
  3. Destination URL: The web link users open when clicking the notification (e.g., https://yoursite.com/sale).
  4. Targeting: Select All Subscribers or filter by a specific pre-defined Segment (e.g., Premium Users).

📅 Scheduling Options

  • Send Immediately: Dispatches the campaign immediately to your queue processors.
  • Schedule for Later: Choose a specific date and time to broadcast the notification automatically.

📊 Analytics & Metrics

Once sent, review performance stats in real-time:

  • Sent Count: The total number of successful push notifications delivered to browsers.
  • Clicked Count: The total unique clicks received.
  • CTR (Click-Through Rate): The percentage of sent notifications that resulted in clicks.
  • Failed / Expired Count: Automatically detects obsolete/uninstalled browser tokens and marks them as Expired to keep your delivery lists clean.
