1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using HyperPush X, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts & Email Verification

To access the client dashboard and services, you must register a developer account. To prevent spam and abuse of our dispatching infrastructure, you are required to verify your email address. Service access is restricted until email verification is complete.

3. API Usage & Throttling

Developer integrations, including the WordPress plugin, authenticate requests using a persistent API key. We put strict rate limits and security boundaries in place:

• API keys can be regenerated through the client dashboard, which instantly invalidates old keys.
• Campaign sending is subject to daily limits based on your subscription plan.
• Abuse, spam notifications, or violating rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your organization.

4. Multi-Tenant Service Restrictions

You agree not to attempt to access or modify data belonging to another tenant. Exploiting parameters, performing cross-tenant attacks (BOLA), or scraping other users' data is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive for high uptime and delivery speeds but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HyperPush X be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
